Responsibilities

In this role, the Administrative Assistant will oversee many administrative, social and community duties, including:

 

  • Answering and forwarding incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Typing letters, memos, reports and meeting minutes and distributing, as instructed  
  • Creating documents and reports in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and XP
  • Organizing meeting agendas, attendee lists, notifications/invitations and information packets
  • Maintaining an organized filing system and ensuring all paperwork is filed quickly
  • Booking travel reservations for staff and guests, as needed  
  • Organizing meals for select staff and executive meetings, as needed  
  • Maintaining the company homepage and updating with all new center policies
  • Serving as a positive force within the LIFE Center, showing compassion, support and a positive attitude towards members and staff

 

Qualifications

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the PACE Consulting staff and, as such, must be a positive, team player. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in an office or medical setting, plus a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, applicants should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and XP.
