PACE Consulting Solutions is seeking an individual to join the Enrollment Team.  This position is responsible for performing functions related to and overseeing compliance with various aspects of the Enrollment, Eligibility and Disenrollment process. As a member of the PACE Consulting Solutions Enrollment team, the Enrollment Analyst will provide support and make recommendations that will assist prospective enrollees and families in determining their enrollment eligibility. The Enrollment Analyst will also work with Senior LIFE Social Workers to provide clinical support and oversight of care planning, documentation requirements and oversight of participants maintaining their financial eligibility for enrollment.

• Requirements for this position include but not limited to:
• Five years’ experience in health and human services preferred.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Experience with and knowledge of Medicare regulations and financial guidelines.
• Experience with and knowledge of Medicaid regulations and guidelines including completing PA 600 and determining MA eligibility.
