Full Time - Executive Assistant - 

 

Medical Office and Excel Experience Required

 

Senior LIFE is currently seeking experienced Administrative professionals for fill a full time, permanent position at the Johnstown location. The ideal candidate will hold a High School diploma or equivalent, have at least three (3) years of experience in a medical office setting, and must have working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Office, Outlook, Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Perform office duties as assigned by the administrative staff.
  • Community relations and employee relations
  • Maintaining proper filing

Qualifications

Requirements of the Executive Assistant:

  • Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Have at least three (3) years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Must have working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Office, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
